At Zero Impact Club, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Due to the limited and specialty nature of our items, we only accept returns for products that arrive defective or damaged.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selections
• Buyer’s remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Sale or discounted items

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the defect

Once approved, we will provide replacement or refund instructions.
